The Food Trust
The Food Trust, a nonprofit founded in 1992, strives to make healthy food available to all. Working with neighborhoods, schools, grocers, farmers and policymakers, we've developed a comprehensive approach that combines nutrition education and greater availability of affordable, healthy food.
St. Christopher's Foundation for Children
SCFC has a long history of advocating for increased attention to, and catalyzing broader financial support of, children's health programming and policy issues critical to North Philadelphia families including, oral health, child abuse, and obesity.
The Common Market
We provide the infrastructure to connect public and private schools, hospitals, universities, grocery stores and workplaces to good food grown by our region's sustainable farmers.
The Greater Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger
The Coalition connects people with food assistance programs and nutrition education; provides resources to a network of food pantries; and educates the public and policymakers about responsible solutions that prevent people from going hungry.
The SHARE Food Program
SHARE first opened in 1986, part of a national network of SHARE’s dedicated to expanding community access to wholesome, affordable food. Since that time, SHARE has evolved into a vibrant, high-impact organization, recognized for our strong leadership role in reducing regional hunger and expanding access to nutritious, affordable food.
